You can save searches and come back to them anytime. When new items are added to the showcase that contain all of the search parameters that you have saved, those new items will appear in your save search.

The number to the right of your saved search (in the left-hand sidebar towards the bottom under "MY SEARCHES") indicates the number of new items that have been added to your saved search since the last time you visited the showcase.
